LIGHT SHADE & SHADOW: analogue exercises
Analogue Exercise[s]. A series of drawing assignments help students begin to see light, shade, and shadows as a set of objects and shapes in space. Each drawing exercise increases in complexity, detail, and values of light and shade. Indirectly, the exercises begin to reveal relationships between light source, object, and plane for which the the shadows and light are being cast.
